The Upper Tampa Bay Oktoberfest is back at Tampa Bay Downs for a full three-day celebration and this year's lineup is packed. Authentic German food, local brews, live music, traditional contests, carnival rides, a kids' fun zone, and the always-entertaining Wiener Dog Derby - there is genuinely something for everyone. This is one of the best fall events in the Upper Tampa Bay area and free parking makes it that much easier to say yes.
